I would advise you to talk to your parents. There are a host of other things that you may do to help yourself. Stick to your usual waking time even on holidays. Don't drink tea or coffee in the evening or at night. Exercise regularly but avoid strenuous exercise for about four hours before sleep. Don't sleep during the day (or sleep for only about 30 minutes or so during day time). Don't watch TV, work on computer or use mobile phones for at least an hour before your desired sleep time. Avoid bright light in your room at night. Form a bed time routine like brushing teeth, changing into night clothes etc. If you can't sleep for long time, don't toss and turn in bed-- sit up and do something relaxing. Don't look at watch repeatedly at night.
Once again, I would advise you to talk to your parents.
Hope this answer helps!
