What Could Cause Pain In The Lower Right Side Of My Abdomen?
i have been feeling pains on the lower right side of my abdomen, for somtime now. it comes once every month just before my monthly period say maybe 3 to 4 days before. I would like to know what could be the possible cause and what to do to reduce or make the pain go away?

* Pain lower abdomen before periods can be due to stretching of underlying ligaments via hormone fluctuations or else.
