What Could Cause Nausea Followed By Sudden Dizziness And Fainting?
Hi this liberty I ve been hit in the head plenty of times also have seizures one day I was sitting down and I told my friend I had to vomit then she said get some salt for I wont vomit so I went to get some ice all of a sudden I got dizzy and pass out straight on the back of the kitchen floor but I was alert what do you think is the cause of this happening

Seizure may be due to many causes like idiopathic(cause not known),infection(like neurocysticercosis),tumour,metabolic disorder etc.
You may need detail clinical examination,history taking and investigations.
Treatment of seizure varies with underlying cause.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,EEG,Contrast CT scan of brain.
MRI may be advised after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.
