What Could Cause Headache?
my wife has a tender spot on the top of her head. She said it feels like she has a headache and it is quite often and when she touches the spot it feels as if the pain would spread across her head. She feels better when I pull on small lumps of hear in the top area of her head. When I pull on her hair it pops. It almost feels like an air bubble.

You have to consult with neurosurgeon and to have ct brain plain to rule out ant anatomical abnormalties well for pain you should start with pain kiler
