What Could Cause Feeling Of Closed Mouth And Held Breath Resulting In Problematic Sleeping?

I have problem in sleeping. I feel like I close my mouth very tight and I feel like I hold my breath while sleeping. Day time I feel like i am tired. my age is 25. height is 180 cms. weight is 54 kgs. I need some suggestion to get cured from this.

hi thanks for your query.sleep disorders these days are on the rise.you seem to have a sleep onset difficulty with or without sleep maintainency disorder.you also seem to have underlying stressfull or anxious events during the day as evidenced by increased motor activity of your muscles during the sleep.you will benefit from tab escitolopram 5mg once daily at bedtime with tab clonazepam o.5mg at bed time daily for 3 months. your sleep pattern shall normalise in 3 months as these drugs have latency in showing its action. non pharmacological measures like regular physical activity,standardising bed timings,avoiding coffee before going to bed,stress management,listening to music,avoiding tv and internet prior to sleep,body masach,a cool shower before going to bed will often help.thank you.
