What Could Cause Fatigue And Make My Stomach Hurt Every Time I Eat Food?

I am constantly fatiqued, no matter how much sleep I get. Every time I eat, my gut hurts. I had a gastric bypass in 2009 and have lost 150 pounds since. I have had many colonoscopies which all came back normal. My sister has been diagnosed with MS. Could my symptoms be precurses for that? I have had many kidney stones, most passes on their own, but have had the sonic procedure for some. What else could make my gut hurt? Could there be scar tissue from the bypass?

Hi,

After bypass surgery patients may have fatigue and sweating due to dumping syndrome or it may be due to dyspnea after excessive intake of food. Other possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Pantoprazole.

Use tablet Levosulpiride. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
