General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, when the urinary tract infection affects the renal function to certain levels, the amount of urine output decrease and simultaneous consideration of hydration level has to be figured out with the same.

Kindly maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, get prescription of urinary antibiotic and alkaliser with your doctor for earliest control of infection and prevent secondary damage to kidney glomerulus.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
