Went on a cruise.. the last day before we returned to port I had a burning sensation when urinating, I am a 76 year old male....Went to doctor on cruise ship and he said I have a UTI. Came home and went to hospital and they said same thing...put a catheter in and a bag and said see your doctor..Went to my MD and he took out catheter but I still couldn t go??? so he put it back in and they took an ultra sound.....???? What could cause me NOT to pee?

Kindly maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, get prescription of urinary antibiotic and alkaliser with your doctor for earliest control of infection and prevent secondary damage to kidneyglomerulus.
