What Could Cause Blisters On My Lower Eyelid?

I’ve got what looks to be a series of blisters, almost cold sore in nature and definitely not a stye, on my lower eyelid. I’m not experiencing any burning, or itching. No vision impairment. Just a small feeling of pressure and some mild discomfort. Any idea what it could be?

It could actually be cold sores. Herpes virus is known to affect eyelids also. You should get an ophthalmology check up right away.
