I found a small lump on my lower right side of my abdomen. It is getting very sore. And today the area looks more puffy and purple What could be going on here ?? I have been under very much stress latly So anyhelp you can give me would be great Thanks

That could be a boil...going to brust...show to a surgeon....he will drain it, if needed...take antibiotics and painkillers...
