What Could Be The Reason For The Disturbances During Sleeping Which Has No Effect In The Morning?

I felt dizziness, the house is moving around once I opened my eyes middle of the night, I need to sit up and drink some water, and then I felt better. What is wrong with my body? When I wake up in the morning is fine. Just happen night time. thanks

Before I answer your question I need to know your age.
If you are very young than probably you are suffering from parasomnia (sleep terror). In sleep terror such kind of symptoms can occur. If you are having these symptoms before 10 years of age that they will be probably self limiting and not a cause of grave concern. But if you ever walk out of your room and chance of accident or any mishap is there then you need to consult a psychiatrist who will assess your problem and may prescribe one or two medication. If you are older one than irrespective of your risk it is better to see a psychiatrist.
