What Could Be The Reason For My Eyes To Have Spasm Ed Such That I Cannot Concentrate On An Object?

Hi-In the past few days my eyes have spasmed such that I can't concentrate on an object because it's moving back and forth rapidly. I also was riding the elliptical felt like I was tipping over and side ways. Is this a sign of something more or is this just temporary because of stress or something?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having spasms of the eyes and you are unable to focus on objects.
This is called as blepharospasm and is caused by irritation of facial nerve. This should decrease over 1-2 weeks application of cold compress over the eyes should provide symptomatic relief.
If it does not decrease you need evaluation to find the underlying cause for blepharospasm and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
