General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic.
Neck stiffness, vomiting and headache is suggestive of Intracranial pathologies and require urgent medical attention. It can be meningitis, bleeding inside the head like Subarachnoid hemorrhage or cavernous sinus thrombosis.
My advice is to take her to a neurologist /physician and let him have a look. He will take a CT scan of her head and may be a lumbar Puncture to rule out meningitis. The treatment depends upon the test results and clinical findings.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
