What Could Be The Large Lump On Head And Behind Ear?

I have two lumps behind my left ear. They are painful to the touch, but otherwise, they don t hurt. I assume these are swollen lymph nodes. However, there is also a very large lump or bump to the left of that on my head. It is painful to the touch, similar to those behind my left ear. I have not fallen or hurt or hit my head. Never had anything like it, so I am a bit concerned. Have had all three of them for about three days.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some enlarge lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia or may have some other causes. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
