What Could Be The Cause Of Bright White Dots Coming At Intervals On Body With Severe Headaches?

The past few months when I stir at night, I see small bright white dots all around me. Today I got up at 2:00 am and vomited. I ve also been having an excess feeling of nausea since then. The bright white dots are coming before me at intervals and im having severe headache. What is d cause?
