Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to stenosing tenosinovitis.

Rest the finger joints so they can heal.

Apply ice and elevate the finger.

Use over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen to reduce pain.

The symptoms usually go away on its own.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
