What Could Be Cause Of Eye Twitching?
I was walking across a parking lot today and suddenly my right eye began twitching really bad and then I got so dizzy that I staggered sideways a couple steps before going to my knee... I took some deep breaths and kind of got control of myself, but still feel weird...

Symptom is related to hypertention.Get your bp checked, serum cholesterol, blood sugar may also be done. If abnormality detected, get advice from physician for treatment.
