Welcome to Health care magic.

1.It could be just a lipoma - if its pain less, if there was a pain then goes interns of infective aetiology with collection within.
2.In this case if you are my patient - i would have examined and followed by asking fro a ultrasound of the lesion / lump and adjacent structure to evaluate the cause.
3.Ultrasoun will help to assess the nature of the lump , where it is from and where all its extending.
4.If its a mass lesion - an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology might be helpful to find the nature of the cells.
5.So take an appointment and get the needful things done. good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
