What Causes Yellow Layer On Eyes & Pain?

I have pain around my eyes. A pale yellow layer is made on front visible side of my eye and the invisible side under my eyelids is white. Further I have network of red lines on both left and right sides of my eyes, sometime they get more dark but normally they are light. Doctor help me out.

Hi !
The description suggest that it is Pterygium. It is a flashy degenrative growth from sub conjuctival tissue growing on to the cornea. If neglected it may affect the vision.
Do not rub your eyes. avoid dust, sun, water slashing etc. use some lubricating tear sunstitutes.
If progressive, pterygium should be removed with conjuctival auto graft.
For confirmation, better consult local specialist. o.k.
