Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Whitish discharge before urination is secretions of the female prostate (Skene`s paraurethral glands and ducts surrounding the female urethra were called female prostate by anatomist Regnier de Graaf in 1672) mixed with the urine.
It usually is related to uncontrolled mechanisms as in men in terms of night erections, without any pathology. Partly indicates unsatisfied internal sex drives.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
