What Causes White Particles In Urine?

SIR,
i am having facing white particles in my urine from last few months
it causes weakness.i consulted doctors they said it is a disease named like "clorea" not prominent in india.
they say it causes a layer around the kidney surface.
what is it all about kindly help me regardig the same
