white flakes or cloudy urine could be due to a number of reasons, it might be due to UTI or kidney stones, might happen after Intercourse or even with alcohol and some drugs. get a urine analysis done and if it comes back negative, which means there is no infection then keep an eye out the next time it happens and look for its association with any other event. if it is a uti then you would need some antibiotics.
