What Causes Weird Tremors In The Veins?

Lately I've been having these weird tremors it seems in my veins. Almost like when water backs up in a hose? I can actually see my muscle pulsing on the outside and it happens randomly on my shoulder, thigh, calve, temple. What could this possibly be?
