What Causes Weakness And Black Outs While Standing?

hi when i stand up or get up or enter not well litted room alsudden i feel weak and my sight in both eyes black out i cant see nothing and at that moment i have to immediately lay down. It last for a few sec before returning to normal. Like nothing had happen. What do u think it is.

first of all, you have not mentioned your age and sex, as causes may be different for that.
anyways, if i were your doctor, i would like to tell you that you should not worried too much about your symptoms, but certainly you need to check few things...
1) check your blood pressure. Lower than 100/60 mm of Hg blood pressure can lead to this kind of weakness and temporary faintness.
2) check your blood sugar level, preferably fasting.if its less than 50 mg/dl, then again it can cause sudden blackout.
3) check up of your eyes is also important.
You can ask your doctor to check at least what i have suggested and get back to me after having your check ups...
