What Causes Weak Orgasms Post Urinary Catheterisation?

I recently had a kidney infection that turned out to be an enlarged prostate. It caused me to not be able to urinate and having a catheter out in to drain my bladder. Since the catheter came out I have very weak orgasms. I have no problem getting an erection bit when I orgasm there’s hardly any pleasure

The possible reason for this is some underlying issue with prostate, seminal vesicles as inflammation or others.

I recommend to get thorough work up with urologist and get further management guidelines in accordance with that.
