What Causes Vision Distortion?

My 10 yr old has been unwell today but complaining if feeling very feint and funny vision. I left him for 5 mins and when he tried to get up I found him crying and he said he had collapsed. Can see up close but everything else red and purple dots. Should I call a doctor?

Hello
It seems from the history that your 10 year old son us having vision distortion and fainting.
This indicates a transient ischemic attack.
The causes are hypotensiin, hyoovolemia...
If the condition does not resolve and if it repeats it requires evaluation by your doctor.
