What Causes Vertigo And Memory Loss?

over 65 female relative,, legally blind, already has symptoms of falling, vertigo, pacemaker... recently had battery in pacemaker replaced and bpm raised from the 60bpm that was happening with low battery... she has currently not eaten for 2 days, complete lack of concentration(repeating within a sentence) forgetfulness and memory loss.
