What Causes Vein On Top Of Left Foot To Be Inflamed?

There is a vein on top of my left foot which seems like it is inflammed, it is popping out, feels very squishy and hurts to touch. Also, I am having trouble fully bending my toes on that side and when trying to they sort of shake/tremble....what could this be?

Respected sir, hi it is subcutaneous inflammation towards some bacteria leading to hurting and difficulty in bending toes. can apply alternative leukwarm water & ice for 3-4 times a day. analgesic tablets mor and eve after meals for 2 days . clinical check up by a family doctor if later on problem persists.
