Hello,

A chronic cough relates to allergy, recurrent infection, low immunity of lungs or other reasons. Urinary retention may be from a side effect of z-pack, bladder prolapse or others. A detailed case evaluation with necessary work up in form of x-ray chest and ultrasound of the abdomen, pelvis with uroflowmetry is mandatory.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
