Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Sometimes due to the position of the uterus it happens where the uterus is anteverted and bulky, the pressure of the uterus on the bladder which is filling there by the urine leaks.
2. During passing motion or gas one may pass a bit of urine on straining and lifting heavy weights, may pass a bit of urine. These may be due to weak pelvic muscles which require pelvic exercises like Kegel exercises.
3. Vitamin deficiency, diabetes may also result in neurological.
4. Continuous driving of urine seen in person with developmental anomaly with dual ureter. For which ultrasound kidney ureter and bladder is required.

Thank you and good luck.
