What Causes Urge To Urinate While Traveling?

Hi I am 28 yrs old F...recent days i am facing a problem related to the temptation of urinating during travel....even though i struggle to control it gives a tendency like i will urinate soon....it creates a panic and worse situation when i get this sort of tendency...kindly advice

I think this can be related to the anxiety of traveling. You may take atenolol for this anxiety also take ibuprofen before traveling for bladder discomfort. I don't think this can be related to any other issue.
