What Causes Twitching Of Eye?

Hi, my left eyelid continuously twitches. I am concerned. This mostly happens when I close my eyes tight together and when I try to regain my vision I would experience this twitch. But now it happens often even when I don't shut my eyes. Your assistance would be highly appreciated

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having twitching of the eyelids. The common causes for twitching are stress, increased use of caffeine containing drinks... Hence first try to avoid any of these factors if present.
The use of cold compression and multivitamin tablets will be of help.
If none of these help then neurological examination is required.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
