Since Sunday my right upper eyelid has been twitching on and off during the day. I have noticed it lessening today, where it only twitches every couple minutes, but it still a concern for me. It's not red or swollen and its only the right eyelid. I do have a lot of stress in my job and elsewhere, but I am wondering if its something more serious and how I can make it stop.
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having twitching of the eyelids. The common causes and associated causes for twitching are stress, increased intake of caffeine containing drinks.... Since you are having stress it may be the most likely cause in your case. Relieving stress and use of multivitamin tablets will provide symptomatic relief.
Hope this is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.
