What Causes Tremors, Nausea And Disorientation In An 81-year-old?

a few years ago I began to feel a buzzing in my toes. this feeling has extended up my calf. I feel it from time to time. Also a few years ago I began to feel tiny tremors in my legs sometimes in my abdomen or chest. I related it to a motor sound from my neighbor. the tremors would cease when I blocked my ears. IN THE LAST WEEK i wake up from sleep. For a moment all is OK. Then I develop tremors, buzzing, nausea, disorientation. when it is extreme, it increases my blood pressure to extremes. but often I have the symptoms and my blood pressure is within range for my age - 81
