What Causes Tortuous Retinal Veins While Having Diabetes And Blood Pressure?

I have had two episodes of double vision, over 30 min), one episode of distorted vision and I have dizziness when I lay back in bed after going to the bathroom early in the morning. I was sent to a specialist. they said the veins at the back of my eyes are tortuous. 8 vials of blood were drawn. I was told I would be referred to another eye specialist and that my family doctor will make other referrals. I am female, 53yrs, in my first yr of diabetes, excellent BP, have dropped 30lbs, walk a lot. tell me what s going on pls.

icould not follow about tortusity of veinand drawing blood. regarding double vision you have to see whether it is one eye or both eyetogather. now refraction is tobe done. any error detected should be corected. cover test should be done to detect phoria. inthat case one eye will be dominant and fixing on object. to be seen if one eye is amblyopic.inthat case there will be diplopia if both eye are allowed to see togather
