I was sent to a specialist. they said the veins at the back of my eyes are tortuous. 8 vials of blood were drawn. I was told I would be referred to another eye specialist and that my family doctor will make other referrals. I am female, 53yrs, in my first yr of diabetes, excellent BP, have dropped 30lbs, walk a lot. tell me what s going on pls.
