What Causes Tiredness, Frequent Urination, Fever, Hot Flashes, Breathless, Iron Taste?

I am extremely tired, urinate a lot and frequently, get extremely hot in the face when upset and fever stays for a long time even after I have calmed down. Have a hot spot in my left upper arm but the rest of my arm is normal temp. Feel breathless and have an iron taste in my mouth.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Breathlessness is on its own a good reason to see a doctor. In conjunction with tiredness it is important to rule out heart and lung disease. Systemic disease and cancer should also be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
