Hi,
Viral infection remains for few days to subside.
There is no specific medicine, take symptomatic medicine to relive symptoms like pain, malise etc.
From history it seems that you might be having dehydration causing dry mouth, feeling thirsty.
Important is to take plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquids.
Take plenty of fruit juices, lemon water.
Take complete rest.
Take light diet with curd, rice, buttermilk.
Observe quantity of urine, if less you might require IV fluids.
Ok and take care.
