What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Head?
I was once very stressed out and all of a sudden i started to feel a tingle behind my head that was spreading, and following right after i felt as if i was going to faint and fall, but removing my self from the situation i was able to recover, why did this happen, it never happened before

I understand your concern.Stress or 'Anxiety' is one of the most common cause of tingling paresthesias.Your tingling paresthesia,of spreading in nature are very typical of anxiety.Removing yourself from that enviornment improved it, just confirms its etiology to be 'anxiety'.Please do some mental relaxation exercises and it will be fine.I hope it helps.
