What Causes Tingling In Legs Above The Knees When On Low Calorie Diet?

Hi, I am 29 years old. I have been working out regularly everyday for 2 weeks and on a low calorie diet. Yesterday I started experiencing tingling in both my legs from right above my knee to right before my ankle begins and it ONLY happens when I exhale. help?>?>

Hello
Looking at your history this could be due to fatigue or nutritional deficiency like B complex especially Vitamin B 12 and calcium

I would advise to get Vitamin D assessment test with an X ray both knee

You should take multivitamin supplements like Vitamin B complex, vitamin C, D and calcium
Have fresh fruits and vegetables with egg fish and meat products
Continue doing exercises
Take breaks in between
