Hi, Throbbing head ache on changing position from supine to standing indicates orthostatic hypotension . Check your supine Bp, Sitting Bp, Standing Bp, Between these Supine and standing systolic pressure varies more than 10 mm Hg means chances of Orthostatic hypotension is there. that is Low Bp in simple terms. Drink more water/ Improve your physical activity. Train to get up slowly like - supine - 2 minutes- sitting -- 2 minutes- standing-- 2 minutes- moving... If it is not helping meet MD physician. Take care
