What Causes Thick And Rotten Egg Urine Smell In Morning Urine?
my cousin has a problem and i am just trying to find an answer for her.. she is 46 i think um she says every morning when she take her first urine it is very dark thick and it smells like rotten eggs and sulpher please give me a explanation on why this could be happening..

I have read the symptoms that you have written above and understand your concern.
Changes in the color of the urine and it's smell (like rotten eggs) is a sign of infection,an urinary tract infection. She might have other symptoms like:
-the urge to urinate
-pain in her lower abdomen,in pelvic region
-low fever
-passing frequent, small amounts of urine
-urge to urinate
Depending on her immune system and the kind of infection she might have 1 or all the symptoms.
If i was her doctor ,i would start her on antibiotics and do a urine culture for the diagnosis.
Also she needs to have plenty of fluids,2-3 liters each day, fresh fruit juice, chamomile tea or rose tea,1 or 2 cups each day.
Probably she needs to do some blood tests to see the function of her kidneys.
But first,she needs to check up with her family doctor/physician to take the prescription with antibiotics.
