Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly. Sir this relates to subclinical underlying inflammatory reaction of body tissue responding to unknown trauma and giving rise to symptoms. * Do alternate leukwarm water immersing of hand for 5-10 min and ice application for 5 min. about 4-5 times a day. * Can take analgesic tab. mor and eve after meals if more pain. * Avoid excess computer work / strenous work involving that wrist. * Later if at all required can consult your family doctor otherwise not. You have to continue all your current medications. Hope this clears you from the query. Thanks for using Health care Magic and reviewing my answer giving your precious time. Regards Wishing you a fast and speedy recovery from the same. Bye take care Dear.
