What Causes Swollen Ankles, Legs And Wrists After Drinking An Energy Drink?

I had to drive alot for work from Monday to Wednesday night.. got about 5 1/2 hours sleep total & drank 4 of the white Monster Energy Zero Ultra drinks.. my feet and ankles swelled up a lot.. I had a little swelling in my lower legs and wrists too, but mostly in my feet/ankles... what happened.. over stimulants.. too much on my heart?
