What Causes Swollen And Red Dot On Eyebrow?

I noticed when I touched my left eyebrow it hurts. It looks red and swollen and a small red dot is on it. It even hurts when I just move my eyebrow. This is very strange, do you know what might be causing this? I did have a sinus infection a month or two ago.

it is localized inflammatory or allergic eruption. requires local examination. without seeing and making local examination no one can say it in correct way. swelling pain on touch means it is inflammatory. requires oral anti biotic like ezy throcin500mg daily for 5days. daily inflammatory analgesic aftefood like combiflam. if does not improve then get it examined by eye doctor.
