What Causes Swelling,tenderness And Pain In My Eye Sockets?

hi, i have horrible pain in my right eye - well eye sockets- when i blink its very uncofortable- only started about a day ago - there are no forgein objects in eye- when i touch esp underneath its so sore painful - eye socket also feels tender and was told my right cheek is also slightly swollen?

how can you say there is no foreign object. it is to be examined by eye doctor and specified. if no foreign body it must be inflammatory reason. corneal ulcer is also to be excluded. inflammatory process have affected your cheek. antibiotic drop and analgesic inflammatory tablet has to be started.
