What Causes Swelling In The Eye And Redness In The Sclera?

Hello Doc,

I met with a car accident about a month ago. I sustained an injury on my left eyebrow. I got three stitches over it. The area got swollen up very badly. I couldn't open my left eye at all. Sclera has been totally red. The same swelling gradually spread to the right eye as well. Now the swelling has subsided greatly.

1) There are still some blood spots on sclera of my eyes. How to make them disappear?
2) I have got huge dark circles under my eyes. How to make them subside?
3) There is still a lump (sort of) around my left eyebrow. How to make it disappear?

You should give cold compression over lump in eye brow. redness insclera and other part of eye will go of its own. It takes 15 to 20 days. I hope other function of eye are normal.
