General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain and swelling in abdomen, pressure on rectum, passing poop on urinating, unable to eat as eating causes pain and bloating and pasty motions.

All your symptoms are suggestive of severe enteritis / colitis.
I would suggest you the following:
-Get blood, urine and stool checked
-Ultrasonography of abdomen.
-A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole, probiotic, activated charcoal tablet.
-If no response after 5-day course get colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen done.
-Further treatment will be according to the investigation reports
