What Causes Swelling And Redness In Both Eyes After Injury?

a young man age 12 fell and hit right eye area onthe ground after breaking fall slightly eith his hands
Symptoms include swelling, redness of both eyes.
headachright eye is ok looking forward but blurred looking to the side
left eye vision normal in both directions

any suggestions?

Hello there,
Swelling and redness of the eyes is due to the soft tissue reaction which should subside with some analgesics if thats all the case. But any injury should not be taken lightly even if vision is alright.Also there is always a possibility of infection post injury. Suggest to consult the ophthalmologist for complete eye check up
