Now for about a month I am back to having proper meals an d snacks in beween but I have stiil lost about a Kg in the last 2 weeeks. Is this normal?
Dear, If you go the the definition of critical weight loss, losing 10% of your body weight in a week is abnormal. however, there is no really hard fast rule to it. Losing a kg in 2 weeks is very normal. A lot depends upon your basic metabolic rate, your height, current weight, your work and you eatery habits.
I hope to have given you a fair and satisfying opinion with the amount of the information you have provided. A Little more detailed info would be appreciated. Welcome for further queries. Stay healthy, thanks.
