What Causes Sudden Headache, Cold Sweat And Vomiting?

My husband was sleeping in the afternoon after lunch. He had been out for 2 hours in the morning for a walk & yoga. He suddenly had a headache & cold sweat & felt like vomiting . He then went & vomited after passing stool. His headache is going on sever. I gave him combiflam which is paracetamol & ibrufen.

Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
Abrupt onset severe headache with vomiting must necessarily evaluated for a secondary cause of headache like some vascular accident(stroke) or other structural lesions. I advise you to visit an emergency room,get examined for any neurological deficit and funduscopic examination for papilledema.You may need to undergo a brain imaging study like computerised tomographic(CT) scan to establish your diagnosis.Meanwhile please take analgesic like some non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.I hope it helps.
