What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Legs?
Had an episode tonight suddenly felt faint, lightheaded strange tingling in arms and leg. Thought of TIA . But feeling passed in less then one minute. Felt slight pressure in chest. After sitting down this passed. Later very slight head ache. Checked blood pressure 139/72.

You can wait for few hours for spontaneous recovery, generally the symptoms will settle by itself. If persist you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
